An explanation of costs
I often get asked, "what will it cost me?" before a discussion takes place about what a client wants. These few words hopefuly will answer that question.
If you go to renovate your store with new fixtures, flooring or lighting the prospective supplier would want to meet and discuss your needs before producing a cost. How many of the shelving units would have peg board or slat wall.....how many units would have face out merchandising? Where would you put the "best sellers" on the site? If you were to have your house remodeled with paint or new windows the prospective contractor would want to meet and discuss your needs before producing a price. All the rooms painted...all the windows replaced? It's the same with successful graphic design. For a business or service a well designed graphic design compliments your business no matter how your customers find you. The first time consultation with a follow-up price quote and sometimes draft design ideas are no charge. We can agree with a set cost or an hourly fee. Then if you like what I can do for you we go forward with your graphic design needs. If you find someone who will produce at a set cost before meeting with you to discuss your needs, then you may just get what you want and then again you may not........
